Can I Make Changes To My Order Once Its Been Placed? To serve you better, we will begin to process your order immediately after you submit your order. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.

I Just Placed Two Orders, Will You Combine Them? Orders can be combined only if the orders in question have not yet been fulfilled and shipped. To check the status of your order and inquire about combining orders, please contact our customer service department during normal operating hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How Long Is Order Processing? Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-8 business days for transit from Mississippi, depending on delivery location. Processing time do not account for weekends or holidays. All orders received after 11 A.M. CST will begin processing the next business day. Orders received after 11 A.M. CST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. All orders are shipped via usps with tracking included.

What Is Your Refund Policy? We try to accurately inspect and describe each item we sell. However, we do understand that sometimes an item does not work out for you and we do accept returns for **Store Credit. Please contact us at hello@shopflirtation.com within 7 days for a return approval.
**All Clearance items ending in $.97 are a Final Sale and are not eligible for Store Credit.
Exchanges
Do You Offer Exchanges? Due to our limited inventory and time-in-transit, we are unable to offer exchanges on items shipped to/from our warehouse. We encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s) for store credit.
**Item(s) returned will be inspected and must absolutely be in new condition with all tags attached in order to be eligible for store credit.
Local Pick-Up
